Air Canada customer service contact options
Air Canada distinguishes direct bookings from agency reservations. Its official support page tells customers who booked through an agency to contact that agency for changes because the booking systems differ. Check who issued the booking before requesting a change. The airline, a travel agency and a loyalty-program team may each control different parts of the reservation.
